摘要

Technological advancement has enhanced the development of imaging studies in neuroscience. Scientific studies provide new information regarding how the human mind works in a biological perspective, whereas how to connect these studies with learning theories and apply them in educational practice relies on cross-field dialogues and collaboration. This article, from an interdisciplinary perspective, examines three issues in adult education—experiential learning, social learning, and learning for changewith information from recent cognitive neuroscience. This review indicates the need for constant collaboration between education and neuroscience for more circumspect applications.
