摘要

Teacher evaluation has been practiced in other countries for many years, and Taiwan is also actively developing appropriate evaluation tools and methods in recent years. In this study, a design research method is adopted to develop an evaluative digital teaching portfolio which includes (1) developing a portfolio construct and grading standard that cover teaching and learning; (2) using the discipline domain to develop the standard; (3) promoting teachers' professional development; (4) truthfully demonstrate the teaching environments; (5) digital presentation and management, (6) dynamic design of portfolio framework and combine them with a demonstrative / evaluative blog portfolio platform as a tool for teacher evaluation.
