摘要
We report on novel spin-optoelectronic devices which may transfer spintronics from the lab towards practical applications. Efficient spin-injection into light emitting diodes is provided by tunnelling through a MgO-barrier both at room temperature and without magnetic fields due to a special Fe/Tb-injector architecture. Furthermore, we show spin amplification in lasers and finally a robust back conversion of polarised light into a spin-current by spin-filtering in a spin detector, both working at room temperature.
