摘要
This study focuses on the simulation and validation of voltage sampling compensation techniques in Battery Management Systems (BMS). Due to the shared loop between the sampling circuit and the balancing circuit, the balancing current induces a voltage drop in the sampling circuit, leading to sampling voltage deviations. This study proposes a compensation algorithm that calculates the impedance in the circuit and corrects the voltage to ensure the accuracy of the sampled voltage. A simulation model constructed using MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate the actual balancing strategy operations and energy conversion processes, verifying the effectiveness of the compensation algorithm. Experimental results show that the uncompensated battery module exhibits significant voltage errors. In contrast, the voltage errors are significantly reduced after compensation, demonstrating that the compensation algorithm effectively enhances the accuracy and stability of voltage sampling.
