N2 - The study examines the structural relationships between recruitment information, employment satisfaction, and retention of part-time seasonal employees in an amusement park. The study further examines the differences between external and internal recruiting. 216 valid questionnaires were collected from Six Flags Great Escape amusement park. Partial Least Square was used to analyze the measurement and structural models. The study adopts multi-group analysis to compare external and internal recruiting. The study reveals that employment satisfaction fully mediates the effect of recruitment information on employees’ willingness to remain on the job. The study proves external and internal recruiting are significantly different among amusement park workers.
