N2 - High-entropy alloys (HEAs), composed of multiple principal elements, possess unique structural and magnetic properties, demonstrating significant potential for multifunctionality in optoelectronic applications. Due to their high configurational entropy, HEAs exhibit excellent thermal stability and tunable magnetic properties, making them ideal candidates for hybrid material systems. This study proposes and preliminarily investigates a heterostructure that integrates magnetic HEA nanoparticles with perovskite quantum dots (QDs), aiming to evaluate the potential effects of externally applied magnetic fields on the photoluminescence (PL) characteristics of the QDs. We propose a mechanism to modulate the distribution and orientation of HEA components near the quantum dots through magnetic field control. This is expected to influence the local environment and interfacial interactions between the QDs and HEAs. By varying the strength and direction of the magnetic field, this study seeks to explore the correlation between these structural changes and variations in PL intensity. The ability to reversibly enhance or suppress emission would offer a promising method for active control of photoluminescence. This work highlights the innovative concept of applying HEAs in the field of hybrid quantum materials, potentially opening new opportunities for developing highly efficient, non-destructive, and actively tunable light-emitting systems. Future applications are envisioned in quantum displays, optical sensors, and reconfigurable photonic platforms.
