Multi-Wavelength Varifocal Common-Path Configuration for Digital Holographic Microscopy

摘要

In this study, we propose a novel DHM technique that integrates multi-wavelength operation and adjustable varifocal capabilities within a common-path configuration. This method utilizes the computer-generated hologram and the spatial light modulator to enable the recording and reconstruction of holograms at different wavelengths with adjustable focal lengths. The experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, demonstrating its ability to operate efficiently across different wavelengths and focal lengths, offering enhanced flexibility and adaptability for a broad spectrum of imaging and analytical applications.
