摘要
The magneto-optical and structural properties of ultrathin Ni/Co/Pt(111) films were investigated. The increase in polar Kerr rotation corresponded to Ni layer which was incorporated by second Co layer on Pt. The Curie temperature was observed to shift to 325 K when film was annealed at 830 K. The high-temperature annealing created different magnetic systems with variable concentrations of Co, Ni and Pt in surface region. The results show that Ni-Pt alloy formation and top-layer enrichment of Pt caused great shift of Curie temperature.
