摘要

Aim. This study aims to explore the impact of floor exercise load and lactate threshold (2-4 mmol/l) ability on gymnasts' BL and NH3. Methods. The subjects of this study were four college Group A gymnasts. This study conducted lactate threshold (2-4 mmol/l) tests and two sets of loor exercise tests of the four subjects on different days. Results. According to the indings of this study, the aerobic threshold (2 mmol/l) and anaerobic threshold (4 mmol/l) average speeds of the four subjects were 2.3±0.4 m/s and 3.3±0.4 m/s, respectively. After the end of the first and second sets of loor exercises, the lactate value significantly increased. Fifteen minutes after the end of the second set of loor exercises, the lactate value significantly decreased. Regarding analysis of NH3 concentration, before testing the average concentration of NH3 is 54±13 μmol/l, and NH3max significantly increased after the end of testing. After special testing, the average Lamax is 9.7±1.9 mmol/l, and the time duration of the two special tests were 64±1.8s and 63.8±2.1s, respectively. Conclusion. (1) Floor exercises can generate an accumulation of NH3, in addition to BL. Hence, without good recovery between sets of floor exercises, the following items will be affected by accumulated fatigue, forcing gymnasts to complete the operations in a state of high concentration of lactate and NH3; (2) the aerobic and anaerobic thresholds of the four subjects have not reached the standards of athletes. Therefore, ability can reflect the maximum lactate accumulation as well as the ability to remove lactate.
