摘要

Gynecologic cancer and its treatment present risks to the well-being and physical function of women. This study aims to explore the factors influencing the continuous usage of a mobile health education platform designed to enhance self-care knowledge. Ninety patients participated by using the platform and completing structured questionnaires assessing learner experience, engagement, and intention for continuous usage. The multiple stepwise regression analysis outcomes exhibited that understandability, cognitive involvement, and marital status emerged as significantly influential factors affecting continuous usage. We found that mobile technology facilitates interactive and multimedia content, improving comprehension and information retention. Therefore, it is imperative for developers of self-learning materials to prioritize these aspects to ensure continual involvement. Our study underscores the pivotal significance of understandability and cognitive involvement in formulating efficient learning platforms. Continuously assessing the effectiveness of the learning platform and making iterative improvements based on user feedback is crucial for sustainable engagement and effectiveness.
