N2 - This study provides an in-depth understanding of the process of programmeme adjustment that occurred in the case of a US-born multinational training programme in Taiwan. Through observation, interview, and material analysis, this article looks at five essential and practical considerations in cross-cultural programme adjustment–spoken communication, material translation, silent communication, local trainers, and empowerment and localization.
