N2 - National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) has implemented Moodle as the official, campus-wide Learning Management Systems (LMS) since 2009. In order to understand and investigate the level of acceptance of Moodle by students, we conducted surveys across the campus in January of 2012. This research will analyze the relationships between the students perceived of Moodle as well as the relationships in regard to its frequency of use. Data on the frequently used functions of the system by the students will also be analyzed. In order to explore further factors such as teaching method, department, and school policies that may influence the students' sense of utilization on the system, a case analyzing a contrasting student body from University of Minho, Portugal (UM), will be utilized to compare with NTNU's case. The results could act as a reference point for universities around the world that are trying to assess and promote LMS.
