abstract = "Under the advancement of technology, Augmented Reality (AR) has changed our life style, as well as the teaching environment, which has evolved from traditional verbal lectures to distant and e-learning. Many textbook publishers have introduced a series of e-learning materials, thus achieving ubiquitous learning. In addition, a number of researches on game-based teaching have suggested that such teaching approach can enhance learning motive and concentration. Thus, this study utilized AR and characteristics of game-based teaching to design and develop an interactive recycling game, which demonstrates the importance of individual environmental behaviors on environmental protection.",
