摘要
A method to measure the dynamics of the respiratory mechanics by mask in rats has been developed. The construction of a mask for the rat is described. Using this method, the lung compliance of rats was 0.713 ml/cm H2O and airway resistance was 0.136 cm H2O/ml/sec. These data and those obtained from tracheotomized rats do not show substantial difference.
