政府補助遞減對非營利組織發展社會企業之影響

In the past decade, venture philanthropy has been receiving increasing attention for developing social enterprises. However, general agreement on the contents and strategies of venture philanthropy is still lacking. In this paper, the author will introduce the emergence and policy of venture philanthropy, then exam the development of venture philanthropy in China and Taiwan, and third analyze how venture philanthropy might impact on the mutual goals and mutual stakeholders of social enterprise. By summarizing the study before, we will come up with some Issues that need to be further discussed.
