The Study is to explore the phenomenon of school leadership for social justice in junior high schools, including construction of concepts, actions of issues, characteristics of structure and process, approaches of training, and so on. The conclusions are as follow: 1. The context of school leadership for social justice in junior high schools present in defend the dignity or interest of students, self- reflection of school leaders, establish fair system, concern learning disadvantaged students, eliminate unequal treatment that caused work stress, practice school justice, justice of resource allocation . 2.The ability to practice social justice in junior high schools included high moral mission force；ability of flexible dialectical；ability of critical; ability of interactive dialogue; ability to exercise power; the ability to infect people; kindness of character; the ability to establish rules of the game; ability to accompany and the ability to establish a culture of equality. 3. The practice structure and the course of social justice and its challenges are: the ability to practice social justice but not scary; the ability to practice social justice without fear of annoying; the ability to make people practice social justice; leaders have the ability to call the vulnerable “boss“ and leaders have the ability to face massive counteroffensive. 4. To practice the school leadership for social justice, the curriculum of teacher training should include education politic, psychology, educational administration, sociology of education, educational psychology and educational philosophy. 5. To practice the school leadership for social justice, the field training should combined practical experience with theoretical basis. 6. To upgrade the practical abilities of school leadership for social justice, teacher training should emphasis the course of experience, theory, the process of questioning, debate and discussion. 7. To upgrade the practical abilities of school leadership for social justice, the field training should emphasis master modeling and peers urged. 8. To upgrade the quality of social justice practice, school leader should study and make thinking, belief of religion, and keep sporting to develop psychological qualities.
