Wavefront manipulation and processing for digital holographic tomography

Abstract

Novel wavefront manipulation techniques are proposed for holographic optical tweezer to manipulate the trapping beam combined with digital holographic tomography, and also demonstrated the adaptive wavefront correction technique to enhance the spatial resolution in three-dimensions.
