Abstract

KSrPO4*and Sr3(Al2O 5)Cl2 phosphors doped with Eu2+ emit a blue and orange-yellow luminescence under ultraviolet (UV) excitation at - 400 nm, respectively, which can be used for making white light emitting diodes.
