Abstract
This study is to investigate how the evaluation criteria for computer skill instruction can be implemented by the method of Gray Relation Analysis (GRA). Nine experts' opinions were gathered and analysed to find appropriate and usable evaluation criteria. Twenty-one initial computer skill evaluation items were merged into nine groups so that the process of evaluation will be conducted more fluently. Finally, the application of GRA in this study, abstracting a few experts' opinions, shows a more effective, efficient and flexible method, and comes to a more acceptable conclusion.
