Transport properties of REBa2Cu3O9-δ

Abstract

The series of single-phase isostructural REBa2Cu3O9-δ samples has been synthesized for electrical measurements. The differences of the transport properties on different rare earth elements in this system will be compared, and the contribution of the phonon-electron interactions to the transport properties will be discussed.
