Transparent conducting oxides for THz applications

Abstract

The frequency-dependent dielectric constants and complex conductivities of several transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) in the THz frequency range were studied and compared. Tunable THz phase shifters using TCOs as transparent electrodes are demonstrated as examples.
