Abstract
With advances in mobile technology and multimedia, the mobile device has been recently applied to the museum guiding system. One example is the mobile digital learning space, an outcome of National Palace Museum project. This study introduces the mobile digital learning space, and discusses the satisfaction of elementary school students and their cognitive learning achievement. This study collected data from the cognitive test and questionnaires. There were 106 participations of 4th and 5th elementary students. The analysis of this study revealed that the PDA mobile learning device could effectively support the Arts and Humanities Learning Curriculum. The PDA mobile learning device could offer more opportunities for active learning. The students showed high interests of the PDA mobile learning device.
