Abstract

The synthesis of the acyl cluster complex [Et4N][(μ3-Se) Fe3(CO)9((μ31, η13-C(O)CHCCH2] and isolation of the trans and cis isomers of the Fischer-type cluster carbene (μ3-Se)Fe3(CO)9311, η3-C(OMe)CHCCH2) are described.
