Abstract
This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/about/our-business/policies/article-withdrawal). This article has been retracted at the request of the General Editor. The paper plagiarized part of a paper that had already appeared in the journal Solid State Phenomena, Vol. 241, pp. 226–236, 2016 “Influence of Ca-Doping on Structural, Magnetic and Dielectric Properties of Ba3Co2−xCaxFe24O41 Hexaferrite Powders”, N. Solanki, R.B. Jotania, 10.4028/www.scientific.net/SSP.241.226. The corresponding author Kuruva Praveena wishes to admit sole responsibility and to state that co-authors only corrected the grammar and set the references. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. As such this article represents an abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
