Resolution enhancement in synthetic aperture digital holographic microscopy

    Abstract

    This study presents a resolution enhancement technique in synthetic aperture digital holographic microscopy based on nonlinear scanning mechanism. Experimental results show the frequency coverage and phase sensitivity of the synthesized reconstructed image are improved simultaneously.
