Abstract

We propose a novel method for in situ measuring the tomographic image of specimens using digital holographic microscopy. The three-dimensional distribution of the refractive index in micro-optical elements and biological specimens can be experimentally determined. Theoretical study and preliminary results are presented and discussed.
