Abstract

An SO(10) model for the lepton sector, with constraints imposed by the Fritzsch ansatz, is discussed. It is found that e is much lighter than and which are almost degenerate in mass with substantial mixing between them. A small e mixing angle theta 4°is predicted. CP-violation effects in the leptonic sector are found to be negligible.
