Abstract
Oscillations have been observed in the temperature dependence of the Josephson critical supercurrent of lead-zinc-lead (SNS) junctions. These oscillations occur only in the presence of a magnetic field and the period decreases as the temperature approaches Tc. Model calculations indicate that this phenomenon is related to changes in the Fraunhofer diffraction pattern with temperature.
