Optically-driven sample rotation for digital holographic microtomography

Abstract

We present a novel optically-driven rotation scheme with digital holographic microscopy to compensate an apple core missed data based on full-angel rotation. This technique is successfully implemented to generate a tomographic image of living yeast.
