Abstract
This poster paper presents the establishment of an ontology-based system for supporting the description and illustration of the development of librarianship in Taiwan. The ontology leverages the professional path of a great librarianship personage in Taiwan, Professor Chen-Ku Wang, as the kernel. This system can assist digital humanities scholars in library and information science (LIS) to explore the historical development of librarianship in Taiwan.
