Abstract
A method to control the translocation processes of polynucleotides through a nanopore, assisted by a rotating electric field was demonstrated. Thermal energy and electric charge of each nucleotide were set to unity and the corresponding electric field was of order 107 V/m. Results indicated that the polynucleotide sequences could be accurately determined from analyzing several time series of current variation through nanopore.
