Abstract

The EPR spectrum of BaCuO2, Y2Cu2O5, Y2BaCuO5 and Al2CuO4 at temperatures between 3.6 K and 300 K are reported, which can be used as signatures to identify the presence of these compounds as trace impurities in the YBaCuO high-Tc superconductors.
