Abstract

In this work, we report an easily visualized liquid crystal (LC)-based structure to study the biological molecules interactions between Bovine serum albumin (BSA) and BSA antibody. The antibody concentration can be detected from 1ug to 10ng based on the proposed LC-based biosensor.
