Abstract

The studies of interstellar organic molecules formation in comets were discussed. The gaseous and solid composition of sources in the interstellar medium (ISM) was compared with those of the comet. The dominant chemical pathways in the grain chemistry of interstellar carbon monoxide ices were shown.
