Integrated dual-mode tomography for unlabeled freefloating single cell imaging

Abstract

Integrated dual-mode tomography system is proposed and demonstrated. The spatial frequencies are filled up by full-angle sample and beam rotation, in which a large frequency coverage is obtained to enhance spatial resolution in x-y-z direction.
