In order to alleviate frame loss handover, WiMAX provides the Uncontrolled Handover this potential problem. However, there are too many control in the Uncontrolled Handover, so a Customer Premise (CPE) may easily timeout and fails to finish the procedure. In this paper, we provide a fast Uncontrolled scheme that can decrease handover messages and accelerate handover procedure.",
