Abstract

Educational policy is part of public policies. Educational policy, not only keeps pace with the times, but also bears the responsibility of maintaining the social justice. According to relevant information, the resources allocated to technical and vocational students are commonly lower than those general educational system; this itself could be interpreted as the violation to social justice of the educational policy. This thesis primarily approaches through the social justice perspective to inspect whether current technical and vocational education policy can attain the standards of social justice. Moreover, this thesis proposes appropriate recommendations as opposed to the orientation of future technical and vocational education policy as well.
