Abstract
The development of a manufacturing web-based learning system for promoting practice ability is discussed. The manufacturing techniques covers: turning, milling, drilling and holing. The expensive learning resource of machining techniques can be circulated through the web for sharing resources and the diffusion of education. The developed learning method and the virtual laboratory will help the student to improve practice ability.
