Abstract

The effect of oxygen content δ on metal-insulator transition in Sm1.85CeO0.15CuO4+δ antiferromagnetic superconductors are reported. The oxygen content parameter δ was obtained by the iodometric titration method using the parent compound Sm2CuO4 as the standard based on Ce4+ valence. The magnetic susceptibility data were obtained through a SQUID magnetometer from 2-300 K.
