Abstract

Smart technology in volleyball training focuses on monitoring, evaluation, diagnosis, and guided learning. This study aimed to understand the perspectives of players, coaches, and venue managers on smart technology volleyball training and examined their construct priorities. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to collect and analyze data. To understand the priority and importance of different roles, volleyball training with smart technology is developed. Overall, guided learning is most prioritized in smart technology volleyball training. By providing players with immediate feedback on the training process, players obtain correct instructions followed by evaluation and diagnostic indicators. However, players and coaches emphasize evaluation and diagnosis in technical training, and managers emphasize guided learning assistance. The players and coaches use technology to understand the training conditions, while court managers emphasize the efficiency of training. Therefore, future technology development must be further analyzed to optimize the effectiveness of the training target.
