Abstract

The advent of the 5G era of wireless communications represents the rapid development of the network. People's need for information has also crossed into a significant change of remote access anytime, anywhere. The content of information organization has also taken on a whole new look from the network links of metadata. Copyrighted material can be found, accessed, and applied at any time through metadata. According to the aforementioned, the importance of privacy and copyright protection of personal medical information has increased. In this study, we designed a new and convenient access method through physical irreproducibility. This mechanism does not require any key agreement process, thus enhancing the strength of data protection with user-indefensible features. At the end of the article, we also provide a security analysis to confirm that our mechanism is secure and convenient.
