By simulating real machine operations and providing personalized guidance through Kelly's Repertory Grid, the system supports safe and effective skill acquisition. Experimental results show that the system significantly benefits students with medium to high prior knowledge, while students with limited background may require additional scaffolding. The findings highlight the potential of adaptive VR learning tools in improving technical education.",
