Abstract
In this study, the survey research method was adopted. With the 348 students engaged in workplace experience courses in public and private energy field vocational high schools are the study subjects, statistical analysis was conducted. The four scales of self-efficacy, positive thinking, positive emotion, and learning motivation were adopted as the research tools in the statistical analysis. The results show that based on the path analysis of positive thinking, in addition to positive thinking and self-efficacy and selfefficacy and positive emotion that produced direct, self-efficacy, and workplace expectations behavioral intentional that produced indirect significant results, the direct results of positive thinking and workplace expectations behavioral intention, the indirect results of positive thinking, positive emotion, and workplace expectations behavioral intention did not reach significance. In accordance with the research results, policies for vocational high school workplace experience courses were proposed. To cultivate positive thinking and enhance self-efficacy, in addition to the course contents, the workplace experience policies should also take into consideration the effects of personal characteristics.
