Abstract
In this study, a simple, large and flexible electronic heat generator with graphene polymeric composite ink on a polyimide film was fabricated. A 47-μm thin layer was fabricated using wire bar coating. The dispersion of graphene, electrical properties, flexibility, sheet resistance and temperature increase of the layer were studied. Uniform resistance and graphene dispersion were determined to be the keys to uniform heating. This study demonstrated the feasibility of flexible rapid heating elements with graphene polymer composites.
