Abstract

This paper presents an integrated circuit implementation of a human head detection algorithm. The technique of image data augmentation for deep learning and the operating procedures of the evaluation board named as Mipy are described in the article. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation board to detect the human heads in indoor environments.
