Abstract
In effect, it is a trend that the implementation of electronic resources in libraries. It is seldom reported or documented how to evaluate the electronic resources in Taiwan's libraries. This paper is intended to explore the issue of electronic resources by three perspectives：a discussion of electronic resources' features, consideration of application, and the practiced experience at Academia Sinica. Finally the author not only presents the evaluation criteria for electronic journals, also offers seven pieces of advice based on the practices and experience of Academia Sinica.
