高中體育班學生社會支持與生涯自我效能對生涯發展之影響

Purpose: The current study selected athletes attending senior high school as the research participants to explore the effects of social support and career self-efficacy on their professional career development. Methods: This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 960 senior high school athletes, subsequently retrieving 703 valid questionnaires. The researcher used descriptive statistics and structural equation model (SEM) to analyze the data. Results: 1.The social support perceived by senior high school athletes positively influences their professional career development. 2. The career self-efficacy of senior high school athletes positively influences their professional career development. 3. Career self-efficacy mediates social support and professional career development. Conclusions: This result revealed that the fit degree between path diagram and collected data was perfect. Therefore, if senior high school athletes perceive substantial support and assistance from their family members, teammates and coaches, it enhances their problem-solving abilities and confidence, benefitting their professional career development.
