This project collected field reports and audio records of Jeju dialect in Korea and conducted fieldworks with senior intellectuals in Jeju Hyanggyo. All the language materials were integrated into a language copra. Chinese elements were extracted from this copra. Their phonological alternations were analyzed. And the phonological correspondences with Middle Chinese were also worked out. During this one year project, we have achieved the goal as to work out the phonological alternation type form lexical strata, morphology, and sound change.
