重點產業高階人才培訓與就業計畫

In accordance with “Forward-looking infrastructure: Foundation for future growth-Human resources infrastructure”, the program is expected to run for three years, and train 1,000 PhD talents. The Ministry of Science and Technology has approved 22 training institutions to implement PhD talents training and employment programs. The program includes: interviews, hiring, practical training, industrial internships, employment, etc. The project implementation period is one year. A total of 10 people were admitted this year, and 10 people were trained, of which 6 people successful employment. We successfully completed this year's PhD industrial training elite training and employment counseling, assisting PhD in employment or entrepreneurship, and thus promoting industrial innovation and development.
