重點產業高階人才培訓與就業計畫

In accordance with “Forward-looking infrastructure: Foundation for future growth- Human resources infrastructure”, the program is expected to run for three years, will train 1,000 PhD talents. The Ministry of Science and Technology has approved 22 training institutions to implement PhD talents training and employment programs. The program includes: interviews, hiring, practical training, industrial internships, employment, etc. During the execution of the project this year, the NTNU enrolled and trained 10 PhDs. The innovation and entrepreneurship courses and the workplace-related knowledge training courses offered by the school prepared the PhD trainees, after completing the training in NTNU, the PhD trainees joined companies that introduced through our university and complete the stage of industrial internship. 7 people have been successfully employed by 2021/12/31. At least 2/3 of the trainees have successfully positioned their career. These PhD are expected to promote industrial innovation and developments.
